For an aromatherapeutic bath take 1 cup of sea salt, 1 handful of pink Himalayan salt, a 1/4 cup of baking soda and add to your bath. Swirl. Then add 1 cup of whole milk or cream and swirl again. Finally add 13 drops of Marjoram essential oil and swirl your water in a figure 8. Submerge. Heal and enjoy.
