✨ Practical Magic in the Kitchen ✨
Join Us for a Hands-On Cooking Class:
Do you want to play with practical magic? If so, step into a world of ancient wisdom and modern nourishment on January 23rd, and expand your pantry and apothecary!
This isn’t just a cooking class—this is a journey into the sacred art of wholefoods, where you’ll discover the healing power of ingredients and the stories they carry. Our featured dish is Ribollita, a hearty, soul-warming soup that dates back to Roman times, connected to Janus, the Roman god of beginnings, change, and transitions.
Janus is the guardian of doorways, gates, and thresholds—inviting us to reflect on the year behind us, honor the present moment, and step boldly into the future. Ribollita is the perfect dish for this time of transformation, as it’s steeped in symbolism and nourishment.
This humble yet powerful dish features day-old bread, bone marrow, and bitter greens like dandelion, Tuscan kale, and radish leaves—ingredients rich with powerful physical benefits and fascinating energetic signatures. You’ll learn not only the history of Ribollita, but also why our ancestors turned to these ingredients for vitality and balance.
By the end of this class, you’ll have a new understanding of how whole foods can support both your body and soul, as well as a delicious recipe to carry with you into the coming year!
Come hungry, curious, and ready to ignite your kitchen magic!
